The Baltimore Paranormal Investigators are a team of experienced investigators dedicated to the scientific research, study and documentation of paranormal activity. We were founded in 2005 and have investigated countless locations ranging from residential homes and businesses to large warehouses, prisons and hospitals in MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, WV as well as other states around the country. Our primary mission is to help people who believe that they may be experiencing paranormal activity. All of our investigators pledge to act in a professional and responsible manner and to treat our clients and locations with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Our services are always FREE of charge.
We DO NOT use Ouija boards, conduct seances, conjure spirits or cast spells. We DO NOT claim to remove spirits or demons but may offer advise as to how to deal with a haunting. In situations where a cleansing or exorcism is requested or BPI is unable to conduct an investigation due to geographical limitations, we will assist in contacting a qualified group or specialist.

What to expect
Each case is conducted in a professional and scientific manner. Our main priority is helping you and giving you the answers and peace of mind that you are looking for.
The investigation will start with a phone call at which time you will be asked a series of standard questions. A date and time will then be set for the investigation. Investigations are usually conducted at night and normally start around 9pm and last until around 3am, but times can be changed to suit your needs. Daytime investigations may also be held if circumstances warrant it. Once the investigation has been set, BPI will then begin extensively researching the location and gathering as much information as possible. The night (or day) of the investigation, members will interview residents and witnesses while other members set up equipment and begin to conduct an investigation and collect evidence.
All evidence will be reviewed in a timely fashion and you will be presented with the findings as well as a copy of all evidence obtained. You will also be given a copy of the final report and a copy of all information obtained during our research about the location.
